HOW TO ORDER
Please send us an email (hello@shopnarwall.com) with your logo and we will provide you with an exact quote based on the size and design of your logo.
MATERIAL
Our signs are made with LED Flexible Neon and include a clear acrylic backing with a hanging kit. The acrylic outline is typically cut to outline the letters. You will receive a concept drawing for your approval before anything is created.

- You are very welcome to provide your own design/font and we will replicate that for you.
Warranty
All of our signs and electrical components include a 1-year warranty that is valid from the date of purchase.
Returns Policy
Custom signs may not be returned. However, if you received an incorrect or defective item we'll accept the return and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

The size varies based on the font you select, and the amount of letters/symbols in your sign.
Approximate sizes:
Font Option One - 18" tall x 49" wide
Font Option Two - 16.5" tall x 42" wide
Font Option Three - 11" tall x 50" wideWe'll provide you with a dimensioned mock-up before your sign is created. Up to ten letters/symbols are included. Any additional letters will incur an additional charge. Contact us with inquiries.
